Do It Yourself 3-Ingredient Gel Face Pack for Glowing and Hydrated Skin
Summer treating you thus far?
I am here with a sterile Do it yourself gel face mask which is ideal for summer.
I use this face pack when I am in a hurry or feeling lazy.
This face mask gets prepared within two minutes, exactly.
It supplies my skin with a subtle glow and makes it look plump, hydrated and resilient.
Additionally, it is effective in sunburn.
I completely adore the effects of this face mask on my own skin.
Ingredients and their benefits:
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe vera gel is widely utilized in many skincare products.
You could either use fresh aloe vera gel or purchase one from the market.
Aloe vera keeps your skin moisturized as it keeps the water in your skin.
It will not make your skin feel greasy; instead, it is going to make it plump and tender.
Aloe vera gel has anti-bacteria and anti-inflammatory properties because of which it assists in treating acne and their own scars.
It will aid in lightening the skin tone and improves the feel as well.
In brief, usage of aloe vera gel provides skin nutrition, hydration, plus a healthy glow.
Milk Powder
Powdered milk contains fats in a concentrated form, which assists in moisturizing your skin efficiently.
It keeps the skin hydrated and supplies all of the nutrients which are required for it to remain healthy.
Powdered milk has a large quantity of lactic and malic acid; these acids make your skin plump and hydrated.
Powdered milk also lightens the skin tone and makes it even-toned.
Aside from this, powdered milk also contains alpha hydroxyl acid, which assists in exfoliating the skin at a gentle way.
This assists in revealing a softer and radiant skin.
Sugar
I used roasted white sugar but you might use brown sugar if you would like.
Powdered form provides the advantages of sugar but won’t even give the feel of a sugar scrub.
Aside from this, powdered sugar will not cause any irritation to the very very sensitive skin either.
Sugar in your face mask will make your skin moisturized and hydrated.
It is a natural supply of acid that can help in increasing the cell turnover and gently exfoliates the skin.
The method to prepare:
Step 1:
Take half teaspoon of powdered sugar in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add an equal quantity of powdered milk to powdered sugar.
Give a tough mix to it.
Step 3:
Add a tablespoon of aloe vera gel.
Mix all of the ingredients together very well to produce a paste with a smooth consistency.
The method to apply:
Step 1:
Cleanse your face properly and pat dry.
Step 2: Apply this face mask evenly on your face and neck region.
Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Step 3: After 20 minutes, wash it off with lukewarm to regular water.
Step 4: Don’t forget to moisturize your skin after.
Notice:
1. In case you've skin that is very sensitive that is super, go easy on sugar as it might irritate your skin.
Additionally, you may increase the content of milk a little.
2. Don't go overboard with sugar or powdered milk, otherwise, it'll make your face mask cluttered instead of gel-like.
3. Do a patch test for sure.
4. Keep aloe vera gel in the refrigerator for around fifteen minutes before making this face mask.
5. If you're allergic to some one of the ingredients utilized in the face mask, don't try this.
6. You need to use this face mask as per your convenience.
