Directions:

Repeat 7 times each leg.To help tone outer thighs, cross ankles and push knees apart with hands. With flats of hands, thumbs touching, gently massage the outsides of legs from ankles to thighs, concentrating on areas where cellulite is most prominent. Repeat 2-3 times for each leg.To help tone inner thighs, press feet together and squeeze. Push knees together with hands. With both hands flat, press the insides of each leg from ankle to thigh. Repeat 2-3 times for each leg.Lie on the floor with your head slightly raised and squeeze your buttocks.Make fists and firmly press into hips, buttocks, and stomach.
