Obagi-C C-Balancing Toner helps to maintain skin’s pH balance to minimize excess oil production for a matte complexion. Antioxidant rich vitamin C combats against free radical damage while encouraging collagen synthesis and improving skin tone. Witch hazel minimizes pores and aloe vera soothes inflammation.
Directions:
After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.
