Smile Sciences Teeth Whitening kit Directions:
Molding the thermo-fitting mouth trays: Bring 4 Inches of water to boil and remove and cool. Submerge mouth tray into hot water until tray appears soft. Place mouth tray into mouth and over upper teeth. Close mouth and suck all excess water form trey.
Trimming the trays to the correct size: After molding both mouth trays, use scissors to cut excess from tops of trays.
Whitening your teeth: Place drop of gel onto each tooth impression. Make sure to dry teeth with paper towel to absorb saliva on teeth. Insert upper tray into mouth. Wear trays for 20-30 minutes. Remove trays and rinse mouth. Repeat daily until desired shade is achieved.
