Use a serum/oil or even plain aloe vera gel on your skin (face and neck) before you start the practice. Hold the spoon flat against your skin or at a 45 degree angle. Always start with your neck to help open lymph vessels. Move from the centre and go outwards with each stroke. Remember to use your other hand to support your skin at all times. Drain down the neck and collarbone.
